GLASS CANDLE HOLDER

Hello ,

 Feeling very lazy nowadays.....have a lot of projects in mind,but not having the patience to try it out!!!

So ,here i m sharing a work i did long back. 

Its a candle holder .

I had a few old glasses lying around at home.Painted it using ceramic paint.poured some candle wax in it......and lo my candle with a holder is all set...

POT DECORATION

Hi...


Today i would like to share , how i transformed a broken earthern clay pot into something very pretty and useful...




I was lucky as the crack was on the base of the pot (not easily detected)!!!


So , i painted the pot blue,added some flowers made from paper clay.
Gave it a golden metallic color,added some patterns and glitters and lo! the pot is all set.

I now use it as a vase or just simply use it as a centerpiece....

RED N PINK PEN HOLDER

This is yet another craft inspired by valentines theme!


This pen holder is made using:


Cardboard from tissue roll
paper glasses(for the flowers)
ribbons
paper cutouts
feathers
beads

RECYCLED CRAFTS

Hi,,
Back to doing what i love to do the most! Making the best out of waste!!!!!


I made this card for"for the love of crafting" challenge.
This is the first time i m ever  participating in such a challenge...
The challenge was a valentine theme-Love is in the air+color pink.

So fingers crossed and hoping for the best!!!!!

I made this card using

STOCKING FLOWER

Here is a flower done using nylon stocking material....
For a change , i used black nylon material to make the flowers and shiny green tape to make the stem...

I am sharing a link.....so its easier for u to know how to make these flowers.....
My video of paper flowers is still not complete........Maybe i ll upload it next week..
so,do watch this video and try making these flowers!!!

Hope you enjoyed the video....you can make a variety of flowers using this technique!!!

PAPER FLOWERS

Here are a few paper flowers i made.These flowers are very easy to make and looks beautiful too.


I made the flowers using hand paper.
The stem was made using a wire, drapped around using crepe paper.
To make the flowers i made a cutout using cardboard for the petals,taking that as base,i drew out the petals and cut it.

3 cutouts of petals will be enough to make a flower 
now arrange the petals 
curl the edge of the petals using a pencil or a brush.


I ve almost given an idea of how to make these flowers...

and I m working on a video, so it will be easier for you to understand ,how make these flowers.


 once the video is done with i ll update it!!...

WHITE TULIP
This flower was done using a four petal cutout.
For stem crepe paper was used.

All set to decorate your christmas tree.....????
Well here are a few easy and simple decorations to try at home........
Though a variety of goodies are available in the market, making your own stars and decorations are real fun......
Do try these out and have a fun christmas!!!!!!




Christmas wreath


Materials used


Color papers(red ,green for the flower)
wire
Leaves( i m not sure what this leaf is called!!!!:))
Bells
string
scissors and glue
                                                                                                                                                                             

To make the flowers
Cut it as shown in the image

Stick all the petals together and round it up giving it the shape of a flower.   Now bend the petals backwards and curl it using a pencil 

 

Make the wire into a circle.Tie the leaves around the wire.Tie the bells at the centre of the wire using a string.
Stick the flower ,leaves (paper) on the wire using glue.I also added a few paper roses.
    You can also add beeds,ribbons etc...
